Grace Care is a registered NDIS service provider based in Seven Hills, Sydney, built on a simple but powerful belief: every person deserves compassionate, high-quality support that respects their dignity and empowers their independence.
Our organisation was founded by CEO John Sharon, whose personal experience working in elderly and disability care shaped a deep understanding of what genuinely good support looks and feels like. That firsthand perspective is woven into everything Grace Care does, from how we recruit and train our team to how we design support plans and communicate with the families who trust us with their loved ones.
From day one, Grace Care has operated in full alignment with NDIS Practice Standards, aged care guidelines, and the relevant codes of ethics that govern quality disability support in Australia. We are not just compliant. We are committed.

All Grace Care staff hold current NDIS Worker Screening Clearances, relevant qualifications in disability or individual support, and complete ongoing professional development to stay current with best practice in disability care. We are a culturally diverse, multilingual team that reflects the communities we serve across Greater Sydney, enabling us to deliver support that is sensitive, appropriate, and respectful across a wide range of cultural backgrounds.
