Frequently Asked Questions
NDIS participants under 18 can access a range of funded supports depending on their individual plan, including daily living assistance, community participation, social skills development, after-school programs, early childhood intervention, life skills building, and behaviour support implementation. Grace Care delivers all of these services across Greater Sydney, tailored to each young person’s age, goals, and support needs.
Yes, NDIS-funded services require an active NDIS plan with relevant funding. Children under 9 may access early childhood supports through the Early Childhood Approach, which doesn’t always require a full NDIS plan. If you’re unsure about your child’s eligibility or plan status, Grace Care can guide you through the process during an initial consultation.

We actively encourage multidisciplinary coordination. With your consent, we liaise with teachers, occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, and other providers to ensure our support reinforces and complements the broader team around your child. Consistency across environments is key to good outcomes for young participants.
