Roles We Recruit For
Grace Care recruits across a range of disability support and coordination roles throughout Greater Sydney. Current and ongoing recruitment areas include:
- Disability Support Worker: The core of our team. Support workers deliver daily living assistance, personal care, community access, household support, and capacity building to NDIS participants across Sydney. Experience in disability, aged care, or community services is valued. A genuine commitment to participant dignity and empowerment is essential.
- Community Access Support Worker Dedicated support workers who assist participants to engage with their communities, attend social activities, access recreational programs, and build social connections and independence in real-world community settings.
- Support Coordinator:dinator Experienced coordinators who help participants implement and manage their NDIS plans, connect with quality providers, and navigate the NDIS system with confidence. Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework and Sydney’s provider landscape is required.
- Psychosocial Recovery Coach: Skilled coaches with mental health or psychosocial disability experience who deliver recovery-oriented support to NDIS participants living with psychosocial disability across Greater Sydney.
- Overnight and Sleepover Support Worker Support workers available for overnight active support or sleepover arrangements for participants requiring care and supervision through the night.
- SIL Support Worker Support workers experienced in Supported Independent Living environments, delivering consistent daily support to participants in individual and shared SIL arrangements across Sydney.
- Team Leader and Senior Support Worker:r Experienced support professionals ready to take on leadership responsibilities, supervising team members, managing participant relationships, and supporting Grace Care’s quality and operational standards.
- Administration and Intake Coordinator: Office-based roles supporting participant onboarding, scheduling, coordination, and general administrative functions within the Grace Care team.
What We Look For
Grace Care recruits for values first and skills second, because the right character combined with the right qualifications makes exceptional support workers.
All applicants must hold or be willing to obtain:
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance — mandatory for all roles involving direct participant contact.
- Working With Children Check — required for roles involving participants under 18 years of age.
- Relevant Qualification — Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Community Services, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate — required for all direct support roles.
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence — required for most support worker roles involving community access or transport assistance.
- COVID-19 Vaccination — in accordance with NSW Health directives and NDIS provider requirements.

What Working at Grace Care Looks Like
Our team members work across a range of settings and shift types throughout Greater Sydney, delivering support in participants’ homes, shared living environments, community settings, and respite facilities.
You will be part of a coordinated, well-supported team with clear communication channels, regular check-ins, and strong management support. Grace Care does not leave its workers to figure things out alone. We brief, support, and develop our team continuously so every Grace Care support worker feels confident, capable, and valued in their role.
