Frequently Asked Questions
NDIS Plan Management is a support option that allows a registered provider — like Grace Care — to manage the financial and administrative side of your NDIS plan on your behalf. We receive invoices from your service providers, check them against your plan, and process payments directly. You remain in full control of your supports and goals, while we handle all the financial administration.
No. Plan Management is funded separately within your NDIS plan under the Improved Life Choices support category. This means the cost of Grace Care’s plan management services is covered by the NDIS and does not reduce the funding available for your other supports. There is no out-of-pocket cost to you.
Yes — this is one of the major advantages of having a plan manager. With Grace Care managing your plan, you have the flexibility to engage both registered and non-registered NDIS providers, giving you a much wider range of choices than self-management or agency-managed participants typically have access to.
Grace Care typically processes and pays provider invoices within 2–5 business days of receipt, ensuring your support workers and service providers are paid promptly and your supports continue without interruption.
Switching is simple. Contact our team on 1300 069 338 and we’ll guide you through the process. You can switch plan managers at any time — your NDIS plan does not need to be reviewed or renewed for you to change providers.
Absolutely. As your plan manager, Grace Care handles the administrative and financial side of your plan, but all decisions about which supports to access and which providers to use remain entirely yours. We are here to facilitate your choices, not to make them for you.
