While we make every effort to ensure accessibility to our services twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, we cannot guarantee that the services will always be in working order. Access may be denied because of system maintenance, software updates or other factors that are unforeseeable.

You agree to treat caregivers and staff with respect and dignity all the time.
You are required to abide by all applicable laws and regulations while using our services.
All our service fees are quoted at the time of booking and are subject to change with reasonable notification.
They are payable within the required time frame and manner that was agreed upon.
If payments are not settled, then it may lead to suspension or termination of the service.
The rules regarding cancellation of booking and refunds will be presented during the transaction.
Refunds, where applicable, will be done within a reasonable period of time.
Grace Care will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the services.
For damages that are direct, our compensation is limited to the amount of money that has been paid by the person for that particular service.
The content such as photographs, written material, graphics, and logos on our site belongs to Grace Care and does not permit unauthorized reproduction under copyright laws.
Absence of written approval means you are prohibited from using any content on our site, reproducing or distributing it in any way.
